How Shipping Works
The selling Brand fulfils your order directly. KIIP's MVP delivery scope is the European Union. A Brand offers only the delivery services, EU destinations, price, dispatch time, and transit estimate it has configured for the item. The available option and its total price are shown before you place the order.
Estimates, Not a Universal Promise
The estimate combines the Brand's maximum dispatch time and the selected service's transit estimate. It starts only once the Brand dispatches the parcel and can be affected by carrier operations or events outside the Brand's control. KIIP does not make one delivery timeframe or shipping-price promise for every Brand or destination.
Tracking Your Order
If the selected service has tracking, the Brand provides its carrier and tracking number after dispatch. KIIP shows the available updates in your order and may notify you about material carrier events. A tracking number is not itself proof that a parcel has been accepted or delivered by the carrier.
