Returns & Refunds

Statutory Withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate, receives the goods. To exercise this right, send KIIP a clear withdrawal notice before the period ends. You then have 14 days from giving notice to send the goods back.
The goods must be returned with appropriate care. You may be liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. A Brand's voluntary policy may add benefits; it cannot reduce statutory rights.
Exceptions
Withdrawal does not apply where a lawful exception applies, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. A “final sale” label does not by itself remove a statutory withdrawal right.
How to Return
- Go to your orders and select the item, or contact KIIP with a clear withdrawal notice.
- Follow the instructions for the selling Brand and send the goods to that Brand. KIIP does not provide a universal prepaid return-label service.
- Keep proof of dispatch and add the carrier and tracking number in your order where available. Proof of dispatch lets us progress a statutory refund even before the parcel arrives.
For an ordinary withdrawal, the buyer may bear the disclosed direct return cost unless the Brand has chosen to cover it. For faulty or non-conforming goods, the selling Brand is responsible for the applicable return cost and remedy.
Refunds
For a valid statutory withdrawal, KIIP refunds payments received, including the applicable standard-delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the selling Brand receives the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise.
Where you chose a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard method offered, the additional cost need not be reimbursed. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show a completed refund.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Non-Conforming Goods
If goods are damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as agreed, please contact KIIP as soon as reasonably possible with the order details and any useful evidence. The selling Brand is responsible for the applicable legal remedy and return cost; KIIP coordinates the support and refund process. This is separate from the ordinary withdrawal right.
