1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the KIIP platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access content without permission.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Purchases

When you purchase a product through KIIP, you enter into a contract with the brand partner fulfilling that order. KIIP acts as the platform facilitating the transaction. We are not responsible for product quality, description accuracy, or fulfilment issues beyond what is described in our returns policy.

5. User Content

By posting content (collections, room boards, reviews) on KIIP, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote that content on the platform. You retain all ownership rights to your content. You may delete your content at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the KIIP platform that is not user-generated (including brand profiles, editorial copy, design, and code) is the property of KIIP or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIIP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
