Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of KIIP. By using KIIP or placing an order, you agree to them. They do not limit rights that mandatory consumer law gives you.

2. KIIP and the Selling Brand

KIIP is operated by SIA “D.sign” (LLC D.sign), registration no. 40103771991, VAT no. LV40103771991, Valdeku street 5-29, Riga, LV-1004, Latvia. KIIP provides the marketplace, checkout, payment collection, order communications, and a central support channel.

The Brand identified on the product page and order is the seller of the goods and fulfils the order. Your sales contract for those goods is with that Brand. KIIP may collect payment for the Brand and administer refunds through the original payment method.

3. Use of the Service

You must use KIIP lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, post misleading or fraudulent content, access it without authorisation, or scrape it without permission.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms; you may close your account from profile settings.

5. Orders, Prices and Invoices

Prices shown to EU consumers include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. KIIP sends an order confirmation and payment receipt after checkout; this is not the goods VAT invoice. The selling Brand issues the invoice for the goods, which may be delivered through KIIP email or order history. A multi-Brand order may result in more than one goods invoice.

6. Delivery, Returns and Refunds

The EU delivery services, price, and estimate available for an item are shown at checkout. The estimate is based on the Brand's stated dispatch time and transit estimate; it is not a universal delivery guarantee. 7. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant KIIP a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote it on the platform. KIIP's platform content, design, and code are owned by KIIP or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Liability and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence may apply.
