Returns & Refunds

Return Window
Most items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Some brands have individual return policies. These are noted on the product page and override the standard KIIP policy where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Swimwear and underwear (hygiene)
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items damaged due to wear or misuse
How to Return
- Go to your orders and select the item you want to return.
- Click “Request Return” and select a reason.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at any supported carrier location.
Refunds
Once we confirm your return has arrived and is in acceptable condition, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
